North American Market Research and Product Adaptation of an AI-Based Health and Fertility Monitoring Platform for Dairy Cows

Project objective
The objective of the project is to prepare HEFT's product and company to start operations in North America.
Tasks and activities
As part of the project we carry out research of the North American dairy market and customer discovery among dairy farms, develop a go-to-market strategy for the USA, prepare marketing and communication materials for the US market, take part in an international Demo Day, prepare the company for fundraising, and adapt the HEFT platform to the requirements of US dairy farms.
Target groups
Dairy farms in the USA and Canada, farm managers and veterinarians, distribution and technology partners, and investors.
Expected results
Market research and customer discovery report, go-to-market strategy for the US market, a set of marketing and communication materials, participation in Demo Day, investment readiness materials, and a version of the HEFT platform adapted to the US market.
